					<description>Ever since we discovered REAL eggs( the ones with the bright orange yolks), we did not really know what eggs were. We buy free-range eggs and have told all our friends, as well as werve them any time we can to point the difference out. As you say: they cost more, but they taste better. Years ago, when I was working for a publication on Hhastings Street, the "egg trucks" would pass every morning,with all these poor chickens crushed in the cages. We feel the same way about buying these pale eggs now as we do about buying veal--NO MORE.</description>
